HOW TO PURCHASE USING YOUR NDIS FUNDING

You may be eligible to use your NDIS funding to make a purchase from The Travelling Tubie Project, if you are self managed or plan managed. We recommend you seek advise from your support coordinator or plan manager if you are unsure.

Please follow these step by step guide;

    If You Are Plan Managed:

    The Plan Manager/Third Party Agency pays us directly for resources. YOU will need to send them the invoice. Before we begin processing your order, payment will need to CLEAR in our account.

    How to order;

    • Add items to cart. 
    • Please enter the participants name/NDIS number in the notes box in your cart and proceed to checkout. 
    • Enter customer details & shipping details.
    • Proceed to payment methods
    • SELECT  "NDIS Plan Managed" -  this will allow you to 'checkout' without payment.   
    • In your confirmation email, you will see a PDF link to your invoice which includes payment details FOR YOU to forward to your plan manager for payment.  (Unfortunately we are unable to send invoices to your plan manager unless they are the primary contact on the order.) 
    • If email not received directly to your inbox, try checking your junk or spam folder.  
    • As soon as payment is received, we then process orders, and post the item to your address given on checkout & send you the tracking details.  
    • Please Note NO orders are made or printed until payment clears. All orders are made to order to can take up to a week to make. 

    If You Are Self Managed:

    A. You can order from the website as normal & pay upfront using our payment options. Please enter the participants name/NDIS number in the notes box in your cart and proceed to checkout. You can submit your invoice/receipt to NDIA yourself, or forward your conformation email to reimburse you. As we receive payment upfront we send start printing and processing order as normal. Plan managed can also do this to.

    B. As a (NO out of pocket) Pay Later Option
    • Add items to cart. Please enter the participants name/NDIS number in the notes box in your cart and proceed to checkout.
    • Enter customer details & shipping details.
    • Proceed to payment methods - it is here you can select the NDIS self managed payment method at checkout.
    • This is a PAY LATER option and will allow you to draw down first.
    • In your confirmation email, you will see a PDF link to your invoice which includes payment details FOR YOU to upload to the portal to draw funds down first.
    • If not received directly to your inbox, try checking your junk or spam folder.
    • Once you receive the funds you pay us directly. Our invoice includes payment details for you. Please send us an email advising payment has been made including your order number and/or name on invoice.
    • As soon as payment is received, we begin processing and printing your items.

    If NDIA Managed:

    We are not currently a registered provider. We can no provide NDIA invoices.
