Whether you are a beginner or have twerked before, you will enjoy this uplifting class! Minimum 3 metres squared per person. Limited numbers for the course. WebWhat you get by purchasing a course: 1. 10 online lessons. Each is 10-20 minutes of concentrated information. All lessons were filmed by a professional cameraman. 2. Learning all basic twerk movements and techniques - from the simplest basics to more complex elements. 5. Feedback from supervisors for the "Advanced" and "VIP" packages. WebA Twerk class usually runs like any other fitness or dance class: there is a common warm-up with mobilization, strengthening and stretching exercises. Then the basic techniques are practiced and danced through in a choreography. The Twerk course will end with a cool-down at the end.
