WebOct 22, 2024 · I really mean it when I say bricked. I think your device just failed. The update in reality was already deployed long before to people system. It was done in small chunks. Getting the update pretty much just enabled the new features. Windows is an OS and OS is just a fancy word to say: fancy software. It doesn't break hardware.
