It's just not working but when i kill the XServer there will be garbage input in the originally running terminal. I also actually have an idea how to fix it but it won't be nice.

Webb10 juni 2016 · startx doesn't "use" xming. xming is an X server; startx launches its own (different) X server. Are you just trying to launch a graphical environment? If so, you don't need to run startx if you already have xming installed and configured. You can just directly run the applications that you want to run. What you can do and is suggested by startxfce4 man page is to copy contents of xinitrc from /etc into the one that's in your home directory. Then try to start your xfce DE.
