WebI find alt tabbing in Windows 11 in this game is actually even faster than Windows 10 was as I don't get a 2 to 3 second delay when I alt tab back into the game. I upgraded over the top of the retail build of Windows 10 Pro straight to the RTM Windows 11 Pro build. This is with a Nvidia 3090 running the latest 472.12 driver. Webalt+tab or use ctrl+shift+esc or ctrl+alt+delete to open task manager. F:NV and other bethesda games do not like tabbing out so if you need to do it you would better of saving and then quitting the game instead. It's essentially playing in a window then. You can alt tab right away and get back into the game whenever.
