The highest I've seen the memory temps when mining is 90C, and it usually averages in the low to mid 80s, well in the rated temperature range for these cards. Don't get the active backplate, it just doesn't really make sense WebSep 27, 2024 · 3D printed fan bracket for the EKWB backplate for the EVGA FTW3 ultra. RAM on the back side of the 3090 was the last thing that really got hot in this rig. All nice and cool now. Also fits the standard backplate.
