WebThe package arrived on time, but Crystal Optics filter kit was not included. However, I found more DV tapes in the box than I was expecting! Upon calling Customer Service, the filter kit was sent with no further questions asked. Only thing, we got slightly different filters than advertised, (instead of Crystal Optics we got Bower filters).
