WebMay 29, 2024 · Bought the SX70 as well and, even though the 70's viewfinder and ergonomics are vastly superior to the 50's, the SX70's images just aren't as good as the 50's. Not sure why for the SX70 camera, they did not include the ability to adjust the Noise Reduction settings, because in both the SX50 & SX60 cameras, they have the NR settings. WebI believe four factors have helped me get the type of images from the SX50 I'm very happy with. 1. Shooting PRIMARILY in Manual Mode or Shutter Priority Mode so I have control over shutter speed. 2. Adjusting Exposure Compensation values for each and every shot. 3.
